Rooted & Rising™

A combating trafficking in persons program

Rooted & Rising™ is a tiered initiative designed to empower individuals who are at risk, involved in, or have exited trafficking to rebuild and thrive. Made possible by dedicated grant funding, our interdisciplinary team delivers personalized, culturally informed care to ensure essential health services reach underserved and remote communities across Alberta. We provide coordinated care that fosters trust, resilience and growth – helping participants move forward with the tools and support they need. Participation in the Rooted & Rising is voluntary and guided by a caring team of professionals.
