Multidisciplinary health, rehabilitation and wellness services

Our Model

Care under one roof, impact across communities: Inside Infinity Health’s model

We operate an interdisciplinary clinic model that delivers best-practice care to anyone in the community while reinvesting profits (alongside grants) to provide no-cost services for two priority groups, First Nations and marginalized communities. The result is simple and powerful, when you get care here, you help make care possible for others.

Whole-person care

Our clinics are designed as true one-stop hubs. Each site follows the same core model and adapts to local needs.

Teams sit side-by-side, share information responsibly and coordinate plans so people don’t have to bounce between providers. Services are offered in phases to match local need, with a core that includes:

  • Family Medicine
  • Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Kinesiology
  • Vocational Rehabilitation
  • Sleep Apnea Clinic (Respiratory Therapy)
  • Audiology

The aim is continuity. Fewer hand-offs, clearer goals and faster progress back to meaningful living after injury or illness.

Two missions, one model

We compete in the public market like any clinic, and we direct clinic profits to fill gaps where public health can’t reach. Combined with grants we’ve secured in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario, those funds allow us to top up and deliver no-cost care for First Nations and marginalized communities, both on-reserve and off-reserve (including partnerships with women’s health and addictions clinics). It’s a practical approach to reconciliation and equity, sustainable services funded by everyday care.

First Nations leadership and partnership

Infinity Health is Canada’s largest First Nations-owned rehabilitation provider and is majority-owned by the Chiniki Group of Companies (CGC). This partnership strengthens culturally informed, trauma-aware care and expands capacity on the land and in cities. We work alongside Public Health Authorities and receive referrals directly from First Nations to respond to local priorities with respect for knowledge systems, language, values and traditions.

Why it works

  • Interdisciplinary by default: Everyone under one roof for coordinated, goal-driven plans.
  • Culturally informed & trauma-aware: Care is safer, more relevant and more effective.
  • Revenue with purpose: Clinic earnings + grants directly subsidize access for those who need it most.
  • Scalable & place-based: Each site evolves with community priorities and measured outcomes.
