First Nations leadership and partnership
Infinity Health is Canada’s largest First Nations-owned provider of primary care and rehabilitation services and is majority-owned by the Chiniki Group of Companies (CGC). Together, this partnership strengthens culturally informed, trauma-aware care and broadens our capacity to deliver services both on the land and in urban communities. We collaborate closely with Public Health Authorities and receive referrals directly from First Nations health authorities, allowing us to respond to community priorities with deep respect for traditional knowledge systems, languages, values and cultural practices.
Why it works
- Interdisciplinary by default: Everyone under one roof for coordinated, goal-driven plans.
- Culturally informed & trauma-aware: Care is safer, more relevant and more effective.
- Revenue with purpose: Clinic earnings & grants directly subsidize access for those who need it most.
- Scalable & place-based: Each site evolves with community priorities and measured outcomes.
Where we’re growing
Infinity Health currently supports services across BC, Alberta, and soon Ontario, with four more clinics in our network plan:
