Will ICBC Cover Your Rehabilitation Services?
ICBC provides coverage for treatments for those involved in auto accidents. You can receive covered services from health care practitioners such as acupuncturists, clinical counsellors, chiropractors, kinesiologists, physiotherapists, and registered massage therapists for the first 12 weeks after the accident.

Step 1: File a Claim with ICBC
The first thing you need to do is call ICBC and file a claim about the motor vehicle accident. You can call ICBC at (604) 520-8222 or file a claim online through their website. Regardless of who is responsible for the accident, all impacted parties can submit a claim.
Step 2: Begin your Rehabilitation
Once you have submitted the claim and received a claim number, the next thing you need to do is contact us at Infinity Health. Our convenient Abbotsford physiotherapy clinic is ideal for those needing physiotherapy or kinesiology in the Lower Mainland. Alternatively, our technicians can come to you for home physiotherapy, letting you recover in the comfort of your home.

After you get in contact with us, we will begin to develop and implement a treatment plan suited to your needs.
Step 3: Recover Without Worry
Once approved by ICBC, your physiotherapy or kinesiology treatment sessions will be covered for the first 12 weeks. However, if further treatment is needed, we can contact ICBC and seek approval to continue the sessions.
