Who is it For?
NextStep™ is designed for:
- Teens aged 16 and up
- Those diagnosed with autism or other learning or developmental disabilities
- Those struggling to find or maintain meaningful employment
Whether your teen is looking for their first job or unsure where to start, this program meets them where they are and helps them move forward with confidence.
What We Offer
Personalized Assessment (3 hours)
- Understand strengths, interests and employment readiness
