Infinity Health is a leading provider of Occupational Therapy and rehabilitation services in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions of British Columbia.
Established in 2009, our company is well known for its practice of successfully exposing new graduates to a variety of areas of work, both in clinics and the community. Equally as important, we have several experienced OTs on staff for the purposes of mentoring, training and quality assurance. Whether you have experience or are a new graduate, we are the place for you to grow both professionally and personally. Many of our OTs have grown into roles of clinical educators/specialized clinicians through additional training provided by Infinity Health. We believe there is a teacher and student in all of us.
Our model is one that encompasses both clinic and community-based work. Clinicians may find themselves travelling to visit clients at home or they may be meeting their clients at any one of our three clinic locations.
Areas of practice and client demographics include Motor Vehicle Accidents, Pediatrics, Seating and Mobility, Drivers Rehabilitation, Brain Injury/Concussion Management, Mental Health, Chronic Pain, Veterans Affairs Canada, Long and Short-Term Disability, WorkSafe BC, Employer Based Services, Disability Management and others.
You will receive paid training, and the program begins with an in-class component (5-7 days). This is followed by attending Senior OT led workshops on concussion/pain management/musculoskeletal assessment/functional screening/report writing for 2 weeks. After the first few weeks, we continue our training with observation/shadowing in the field, which is followed by the assignment of a small caseload and weekly file review with a Senior OT. Our Senior OTs are available to attend assessment and treatment sessions with you until you are clinically comfortable to be on your own.
Every month we have an educational presentation during lunch hour from one of our Senior OTs or an external source. Twice a month we have peer group consulting where you have the option of attending peer group discussions with other OTs. Annually, you are awarded $1,000 for an educational allowance in addition to your signing bonus of $2,500. Best practice involves staying up to date with evidence, research and allowing for peer review. At Infinity Health, you have these opportunities to pursue your best practice on a regular basis.
Lastly, as part of our hiring process, you will have the opportunity to speak with some of our recent hires who have gone through the training process.

In this position, you will:
- Provide disability management services in order to facilitate a community-based interdisciplinary care model
- Perform musculoskeletal, psychosocial, cognitive and functional assessments
- Perform home safety and home modification assessments
- Design and implement Occupational Therapy treatment plans based on best practice and evidence-based outcomes with a client-centred approach in the areas of physical, cognitive and psychological recovery
- Utilize and supervise Rehabilitation Assistants or Kinesiologists during implementation of services
- Liaise with doctors, various health care providers, employers and insurance adjusters
- Perform worksite-based services including job site visits, ergonomic assessments and return-to-work planning/monitoring
- Formulate reports recommending services based on assessment findings
Must haves:
- Occupational Therapy Degree
- Must be able to qualify for Provisional or Full Registration Status with COTBC
- Professional liability insurance upon start date
- Valid driver’s license

Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant

Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant – Paid Training!
Infinity Health has been providing rehabilitation services in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions of British Columbia 2009.
We are now looking to add Vocational Rehabilitation to our line of services. In this position you will work with patients who are no longer able to return to work in their pre-injury capacity. Providing recommendations for alternate, sustainable work is the main role in this position along with providing the necessary skills to enter the work force.
Infinity Health offers paid training and mentoring into this position depending on your experience and level of education. We are looking for full-time and/or part-time staff.
We have 3 office locations you can work directly with clients. Staff are able to perform paperwork from home if they choose to.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Infinity Health has been working with a variety of client streams since opening in 2009. In 2021 our team added an experienced pediatric clinician of over 20 years, KC Lai, and since then we have been training OTs and supporting them in entering the pediatric field.
We are looking for new graduates and/or clinicians with experience to join our growing team. There are options for full-time or part-time clinicians, and we provide paid training.
We work with Autism BC, Pediatricians and multiple private schools to provide Pediatric services from Vancouver to Chilliwack.
Our model is one that encompasses both clinical and community-based work. Clinicians may find themselves travelling to visit our clients at home or they may be meeting their clients at of our 3 clinic locations. Travel for home visits is paid travel.
Our training program is customized to your level of experience and educational needs. You will be assured in class training, followed by in person mentoring and a gradual transition to independent caseload.
Some of our clinicians choose to work solely in the field of Pediatrics while others are interested in being trained into our general OT role at Infinity Health as well. To learn more about this role please read our OT job posting on our careers page.
