Multidisciplinary health, rehabilitation and wellness services

About us

Infinity Health is Canada’s largest First Nations-owned provider of primary care and rehabilitation services, proudly supporting communities across British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Founded in 2009, our mission is to deliver complete, multidisciplinary and culturally informed care that restores independence and reinvests in the communities that need it most.

At Infinity Health, we’re redefining primary and rehabilitation care through our national network of multidisciplinary clinics built on trust, accessibility and innovation. Proudly First Nations-owned, we deliver personalized care that supports every stage of recovery, from prevention to wellness, while bridging gaps in health care across Canada. Our values guide everything we do, ensuring care is compassionate, connected and built to last.

Our values

Care without barriers

We believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare. Through reinvestment of our profits and successful grant applications, our clinics are able to provide care to underserved communities. Whether you’re recovering, rebuilding, or getting back on track, our mission is to make care accessible and empowering.

Holistic, client-centred care

At the heart of everything we do is the individual. Our team of physicians and rehabilitation clinicians work collaboratively to create personalized care plans that treat the whole person, not just the condition. We build trust through compassion, respect and outcomes that improve lives.

Healthcare solutions for the community

As a national primary care and rehabilitation service provider, our scope of work aims not only to treat clients but also to improve the conditions of the communities we serve. Our initiatives often address issues we face as a country: the shortage of medical doctors, partnering with numerous local non-profit organizations to provide care to their members through grants/funds and proposing health and education solutions to the local, provincial and federal governments based on our expert panel’s needs assessments.
