Keith Wilson
Keith has been the lead physiotherapist for Canada’s national snowboard halfpipe team and helps support the national slopestyle team for the past three seasons. He has also covered training camps and world cups for our national ski cross team. When not at Infinity he works at Calgary’s Canadian Sport Institute (CSI) where he helps provide para-medical coverage and perform base line testing for numerous national team programs. In the past he spent two years helping out the Calgary Buffaloes hockey organisation and has developed injury prevention strategies for local minor soccer organizations.
Keith hails from Nova Scotia where his interest in the human body and athletics began. He was introduced to the physiotherapy profession after suffering numerous sports injuries while playing competitive hockey, soccer, and rugby. Whenever he has the chance, he still straps on the blades as much as possible to play in local hockey beer leagues. He also enjoys snowboarding, skiing, cycling, mountain biking, cross country skiing, squash, running, hiking, camping and strength training.
Keith is a Registered International Sport Physiotherapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Level 2 Shift Concussion Provider, certified to perform functional dry needling, spinal and peripheral joint manipulation, medical acupuncture, and has the ability to order diagnostic imaging when necessary. He also attends advanced courses annually on movement impairments and rehabilitation to stay updated on the latest academic advancements to help his clients move better.
